1. How long does a bathroom installation take?
Most full bathroom installations take around 8 to 15 working days, depending on the size, layout, and level of detail. Smaller cloakrooms can often be completed in just a few days, while larger bathrooms or bespoke en-suite refurbishments may take longer. We always plan each project carefully to minimise disruption and deliver a smooth, high-quality finish.
2. Do you only carry out bathroom installations?
Bathroom installations are our main focus, but we also carry out all the related work that goes into creating a complete new bathroom, en-suite, or downstairs cloakroom. This includes plumbing, plastering, wall and floor tiling, tiling, waterproofing or LVT flooring installation such as Karndean and Amtico. Every project is fully managed from start to finish.
3. Do you remove the old bathroom first?
Yes — we handle the entire process from start to finish, including removal and safe disposal of your old bathroom suite, tiles, and flooring. This ensures the space is properly and readily prepared for your new installation, giving a clean base for the room to be prepared.
4. Do you supply bathroom suites and fittings, or can I buy my own?
We’re happy to work either way. Many of our customers choose to supply their own bathroom suite, taps, and fittings, while others prefer us to handle the full supply and installation. We can source high-quality products from trusted local suppliers, ensuring everything fits perfectly and arrives on time. If you’d rather select and purchase your own sanitary ware, tiles and fixture, we can refer you to our recommended supplier and we will guide you on compatible sizes and installation requirements to ensure everything fits perfectly. You will also receive full trade discount on all your sanitary ware.
5. Do you charge for quotes or surveys?

Our organised approach ensures your bathroom renovation runs efficiently with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
10. This is our first ever bathroom installation — what is the process?
We understand that having your first bathroom installation can feel a bit overwhelming, so we make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish. It begins with a free, no-obligation quotation, where we visit your home to discuss your ideas, layout, and preferred style. Once you’re happy with the plan and quote, we schedule your installation and handle everything. We will discuss the whole process of the actual installation before we start on day one. Throughout the project, you’ll deal with just one installer (we don’t use subcontractors), keeping communication clear and consistent. We keep you informed at every stage and make sure your new bathroom, en-suite or cloakroom is completed on time and to the highest standard.
11. We currently have poor/low water pressure, are there options for a shower that delivers a drenching showering experience?
Yes – if you have low water pressure you are most likely on an ‘open vented’ gravity system where you normally have a hot water tank on your landing and a cold water storage tank in the loft. There are options for installing a booster pump or a digital shower such as an Aqualisa or Mira ‘pumped’ shower unit (there are several manufacturers on the market. When we provide you with your free no obligation quote, we will assess the technical aspects of your system and advise accordingly.
12. How much will a Bathroom, en-suite, or cloakroom installation cost?
That’s always a difficult question to answer without seeing the room first, as every home and installation is different. The overall cost depends on factors such as room size, layout, plumbing requirements, and your choice of tiles, fittings, and finishes. Each customer also has their own preferred style and budget, which can affect the final price. The best way to get an accurate figure is to arrange a free, no-obligation quotation. We’ll visit your property, discuss your ideas, and provide a clear, tailored price based on exactly what you want to achieve.
